At the Blackwater Fair we pride ourselves on being able to provide a valuable service to local communities and events. We have attended many throughout East Anglia and have always been met with surprise and joy. We provide the full Showman Heritage and Nostalgic experience for all ages. Alongside the traditional rides and games, our portable Heritage Museum, housed in our sympathetically restored Edwardian Hoopla is an absolute delight for generations to share together.

Clacton Seaside Revival - May 26th 2019 - West Greensward
We attended this beautifully put together event placed overlooking the Clacton Sea Front. One of our proudest achievements, and the first outing with the whole of the Blackwater Fair in its current guise. We presented the whole of The Blackwater Fair Experience -including the Showman’s Heritage Museum, to Grandparents, Parents and their Children who all had a piece of the pie, proper all round family entertainment!
One of our favourite personal pleasures were listening to Grandparents recounting to each other about their youths spent in fairgrounds. They loved the Showman’s Heritage Museum and the exhibits which reminded them of past memories and opened up new avenues of thought with regards to the Cultural Heritage behind bringing the Fairground to town. Golden.
